What is EAA PRO INSTANT?
EAA PRO INSTANT is a dietary supplement containing the so-called EAA amino acids (Essential Amino Acids), which were considered essential for life. These include histidine, isoleucine, leucine, valine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan and additionally arginine. SFD EAA Pro in the INSTANT version gives even better solubility, which directly translates into your convenience and allows you to enjoy its full functionality even easier.
Amino acids are compounds that are the building blocks of all proteins in the body. There are protein amino acids (building proteins of organisms, there are 20 of them) and non-protein amino acids (having other functions than building blocks, there are over 300 of them). The properties and use of amino acids are so wide that it would be possible to list each one individually. This is only confirmed by the fact that they are key chemical compounds for human health and functioning. Instead, let us introduce their groups and how they are delivered.
We can distinguish four groups of amino acids:
Endogenous amino acids - those that we can produce ourselves in our body. These include: alanine, glycine, asparagine, aspartic acid, glutamine, glutamic acid, proline, and serine.
Exogenous amino acids - unfortunately, our body cannot produce them on its own and we must provide them with food or supplements. These include: lysine, methionine, leucine, isoleucine, valine, threonine, phenylalanine, tryptophan. The 3 amino acids contained in this group (leucine, isoleucine and valine) are the ingredients of a very popular product, which is BCAA.
Relatively endogenous amino acids - are formed in the body from exogenous amino acids, they are: tyrosine, cysteine produced by the human body from other amino acids. For example, tyrosine does not need to be supplied by food to the body if it contains enough phenylalanine from which it is produced.
Relatively exogenous amino acids - they are produced in an amount sufficient for an adult, but too small for a developing organism: histidine, arginine. Eating foods poor in essential essential amino acids can lead to disease disorders.
